This is a total body class with a heavy focus on Cardio & Core. High and low impact cardio will increase the heart rate, and get you sweating. Mix in a strong emphasis on core to create a stronger lower back and foundation. This is an all levels class, and you are encouraged to work at your own pace. This is a 45 minute Express class.
This class is a fun and creative way to strengthen the body for everyday activities. We focus on different daily skills such as sitting and standing, climbing stairs, or fall prevention. Through a combination of resistance training and core work, we translate simple movements in the studio to functional skills in everyday life. This is a 45-minute class, for ages 75 and older at a discount of $10 per class. Caregivers, aides, or one family member are welcome to accompany free of charge.
Power 60 is designed to help you build muscle while toning and sculpting the body. With a combination of resistance training using and array of equipment, mixed with body weighted movements to help lengthen and tone. Power 60 will leave you feeling strong, confident, and ready to take on your week. All fitness levels are welcomed, and you are encouraged to work to your own capabilities.
Total Body Mashup is a combination of resistance training with an array of equipment, combined with cardio and core exercises to blast the entire body. During this hour you will strengthen the entire body, heart, and mind. All levels are welcomed and you are encouraged to work to your own capability.
KettleCore is a full body workout with an emphasis on building up that core strength through kettle bells. This class is designed to challenge you in new ways and to build on functional fitness foundations. KettleCore is a 45 minute class with stations that will leave you feeling strong and ready to take on anything! This is an all levels class.
This class is a total FOCUS on your entire upper body. Strengthening and toning the arms, chest, back, and core with a combination of body weighted exercises and basic equipment. The goal is to focus on lighter weights and higher repetition to tone. Focus: Upper Body is a 45 min EXPRESS class that is open to all levels.
This class is a total FOCUS on your entire lower body. Strengthening and toning the calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes, and core with a combination of body weighted exercises and basic equipment. Focus: Lower Body is a 45 min EXPRESS class that is open to all levels.
TABATA training is a type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. The high-intensity exercises consist of eight sets of 20 seconds each at a maximum effort, each is followed by an 8 second rest. You will not be bored, and are guaranteed to sweat! This class is for all levels.
During this 1 hour class, the trainer will lead you through a total body workout. This strength training class will have your whole body fired up! The instructor utilizes a timer, moving you through 8 circuits, with an array of equipment from dumb bells, bands, and more. Guaranteed to leave you feeling stronger, and more confident.
Tone & Sculpt is a total body workout that will leave you feeling long, lean, and toned. Inspired by pilates and strength training T&S utilizes resistance bands, lighter weights, and more to elongate the body and tighten. A high focus on core strength and stability this class is the perfect add into your fitness routine. This is an all levels class, and is one of our signature 45 minute Express classes.
Blending our signature Tone & Sculpt with the added effect of the TRX. This class is sure to burn, tone, and leave you feeling longer and leaner. This class is broken into two circuits, one on the mat and one at the TRX bar. This is an all levels class.
Lights down and beats turned up! This 45-minute indoor cycling class is sure to get your heart pounding and endorphins flowing! RAD Ride is a choreography based rhythm ride, built to strengthen the body and empower the mind. This class is open to all levels. Indoor cycling shoes are encouraged; our bikes are SPD and Delta clip compatible. We also offer cage pedals if you prefer to ride in sneakers. Limited size shoe rentals are available for $4 in studio.
In this class, students will connect their breath to their movements while flowing from pose to pose. The class is designed to build strength and flexibility while encouraging each student to work to their own individual edge. Somatic Stretch is a form of mindful movement that involves gentle focus to how the body is feeling. This class will stretch the body while strengthening and releasing stress. This is an all levels class.
Blending our signature RAD Ride with our signature LIFT- what could be better? 20 minutes of beat based cycling, followed by 20 minutes of strength training using dumb bells, kettlebells, and general strength equipment. This is an all levels class, offering beginner options through advanced.
This class is a FULL Body workout. There are moving stations of cardio, strength training and core work throughout this class. Each station is 1 minute with a 15 second rest to move to the next station. It is designed to get you sweating and building strength. You will leave feeling AMAZING and ready to take on the day!
